Like the majority of people living in the Carolinas, I am not originally from Charlotte. I am a native of Washington, DC but grew up in the Maryland suburbs. I attended Liberty University to pursue a degree in Biblical Studies and while there met Tabitha...and as they say, the rest is history.
At the age of 20, I purchased my very first home and have bought and sold many since then. Over the course of my career, I have been able to assist over a hundred buyers and sellers, creating lifelong relationships with my clients along the way. I love finding a deal that no one else has uncovered and matching up a unique property with the right buyer. As a result, I invest a lot of passion, knowledge, and experience in every one of my clients to aide them in making only the best decisions when it comes to purchasing one of life's largest investments.

Tabitha Osman: Client Care Coordinator

I don't have assistants, I have partners in my business. I asked Tabitha to join with me as a Client Care Coordinator because I know that she shares my mission, vision,and values towards our clients. Before joining up with me in the summer of 2008, Tabitha was the Market Center Coordinator, MCOM (the CFO) for a number of successful Keller Williams Realty offices in Maryland and North Carolina. While there, she was awarded on multiple occasions from Keller Williams Realty International for being outstanding in her field. That same attention to detail is what makes this relationship and our partnership work so well. Before that, Tabitha was a great Realtor in the Annapolis MD area. Tabitha is also a Liberty University alum with a degree in Business Marketing. Tabitha's role is to assist in the follow up with client inquiries, ensure a smooth contract-to-close in the real estate transaction, and manage client communications and marketing.

Susan is a native Charlottean, originally from Mint Hill. She attended Appalachian State, graduating from UNC - Charlotte with a B.A. in Business Administration. After spending ten years in retail, Susan transitioned into real estate; part-time at first and full-time since 2000. For Susan, there's nothing more gratifying than helping a buyer find their perfect home and she is willing to go the extra mile to make their buying experience perfect. Susan and her family reside in Marvin.

During your contract to close period, our clients are in Kristin's capable hands. Kristin has experience working both in new contruction sales and support as well commercial leasing. She has had the priviledge of working for such class organizations as John Wieland (a regional luxury home builder) and she has brought the same skill, care and diligence to our transactions.
